Not sure where you want to travel? Fodor's Travel Guide is now available on the web. Fodor's provides a comprehensive guide for planning trips to almost any country in the world. It provides tips and facts about traveling to different parts of the world, how to pack for trips to different regions and different types of trips, and facts about the countries you want to visit. You can also read the travel journals of people who visited the country you are interested in. Grades 6 and up.
This site focuses on finding the best hotel prices anywhere in the world. It's one downfall is that it's resources seemed to be limited in Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and Africa. Grades 6 and up.

A hostel is a supervised, inexpensive lodging place for travelers. Hostels cater to young travelers and provide save lodging that your parents can trust. Did I mention that it won't hurt your travel funds? Hostels are typically found in Europe, but there are a few in Canada and the Orient.
